Shipping Coverage

MOTIX PRO delivers orders across Pakistan through third-party courier services.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared before dispatch. Customers may be contacted by phone or WhatsApp to confirm Cash on Delivery orders or address details.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days after confirmation. Delivery to remote areas, public holidays, weather conditions or courier delays may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before the order is completed. Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, will be clearly mentioned on the store.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations within Pakistan. Please provide a complete address and an active contact number to avoid delivery delays.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

MOTIX PRO is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or unreachable contact number. Re-dispatch may require additional shipping charges.

Damaged Parcel

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, leaking or contains an incorrect item, take clear photos or video and contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp at 0300 4481767.

Order Tracking

Tracking information may be shared after dispatch where supported by the courier. Courier scans can take time to update.
